ABOUT THE Company

Air Office is a platform designed to simplify how remote professionals find and book coworking spaces. It connects independent workspace owners and today’s flexible workforce by offering a centralized, intuitive app experience. Air Office aims to redefine the way we work on the go.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Air Office is a conceptual app designed to ease the process of finding and booking coworking spaces. Aimed at remote workers seeking flexible work environments and space owners looking to promote their venues, the app functions similarly to Airbnb but for workspaces.

The design process included developing user personas, mapping user journeys, and creating a user-friendly interface to address the identified challenges.

Problem To solve

  • For Remote Workers: Locating suitable coworking spaces that meet specific needs regarding location, amenities, and pricing often requires navigating multiple websites, leading to a time-consuming and fragmented experience.

  • For Space Owners: Independent coworking space owners frequently lack the resources or expertise to effectively market their spaces, making it challenging to attract and retain clientele.

More about this project

Air Office is the results of research on the remote working market from a worker’s point of view as well as the space owner’s one. According to those research, I created 3 personas that represent the app users: 2 of them are workers and 1 is a coworking space owner. The user journey allowed me to define their frustrations when they were looking for a coworking space or trying to promote one.
