General d’Optique is a popular chain of optical shops based in France, catering to customers seeking affordable eyewear, contact lenses, and eye exams.
In this case study, I was commissioned to creating a series of landing pages to support General d’Optique’s latest marketing campaign targeted at their valued members. The deliverables for this project encompassed the development of a prototype, client-approved design, and the subsequent implementation of the landing page in HTML/CSS.
The primary challenge for General d’Optique was the need for an effective landing page that would serve as a promotional hub for their latest campaign. It was essential to provide visitors with a clear understanding of the promotion while encouraging them to take action through strategically placed Calls to Action (CTAs) and a compelling campaign slogan.
For this project, I assumed a dual role, serving as both the Visual Designer and Front-end Developer. This allowed for a cohesive integration of design and functionality to create a seamless user experience.
Visual Design: Crafted an aesthetically pleasing and engaging design that aligned with General d’Optique’s brand identity while highlighting the campaign’s key message.
HTML/CSS Development: Translated the approved design into a fully functional landing page using HTML/CSS, ensuring a responsive and visually consistent experience across various devices.
